The AGBU San Fernando Valley chapter is located in Canoga Park, California, and serves the Greater Los Angeles area. Its mission is to preserve the Armenian heritage by providing to the community a variety of programs including scouts, sports, an Armenian dance group, a marching band, the “Pourasdan” Friday evening dinner program and other cultural and social activities presented by the Ladies’ Committee and the Veterans’ Committee.

ATHLETICS
The Winter/Spring session of AYA-SFV Chapter Saturday Sports will begin as follows:
- Basketball and Volleyball begin on Saturday, January 21
- Soccer begins on Saturday, January 28.
Practice times and locations are the same as last semester and are listed on the attached form. Note: the 3rd grade Basketball group will again have an additional practice session on Wednesdays 6:30-8:00.
To register your child, print and complete the application form below in red and turn it in to the coach, along with the fee, on the first day of practice. Please make checks payable to: AGBU.
Discounts available for children who register for more than one sport, and for families with more than one athlete.
